It helps keep your home insurance policy valid, it’s a legal requirement for non-residents who own a home, and it ensures you stay compliant with the rules in many urbanisations. Flexible KeyHolding packages to suit your home
We offer a range of keyholding packages to meet different needs, from occasional check-ins to regular visits. Each package is designed to give you peace of mind, with services tailored to your property and your schedule.
1.
Bronze Package
We hold your keys so that we can attend your home in the sun whenever needed. This package includes one emergency call-out per year.
2.
Silver Package
We hold your keys and can visit your property up to six times a year, scheduled to suit your needs. This package also includes one emergency call-out per year.
3.
Gold Package
We hold your keys and can visit your property up to 12 times a year, either monthly or scheduled to coincide with when you or your guests are not in Spain. This package includes two emergency call-outs per year.
4.
Platinum Package
We hold your keys and can visit your property up to 24 times a year, either weekly or biweekly if required. This package includes three emergency call-outs per year.
What’s included in visits
Interior Checks
Flush and bleach toilets, visual inspection of interior areas, check electrics, fridge, freezer, cameras, and Wi-Fi.
Exterior Checks
Visual inspection of terraces and outdoor furniture, security inspection of doors and windows.
Alarm & Security
Alarm tests and check for unwanted guests, from ants to squatters.
Post, Plants & Maintenance
Check the post box, manage correspondence, water plants, clean cameras, remove cobwebs, and inspect for weather damage.
Cleaning, Concierge and other services
